electrical, plumbing), transaction
negotiations, letters of intent,
drafting and negotiations,
lease and transaction negotiations

administrative services.

a national basis, U.S. Equities
has sought and acquired long-term
relationships with a select
group of clients who share

have in-house real estate
expertise but have chosen

or significant parts of their
facilities portfolios. They
