In 1996, the firm formally
organized an investment
group to provide a complete
spectrum of transactional
services, including
hold/sell/finance analysis,
valuation analysis,
preparation of finance
and sales brochures,
marketing, brokerage,
qualification of prospective
investors, site inspections,
and coordination of
due diligence and closing
procedures.
Over
the last ten years,
the Financial and Investment
Services Group has successfully
executed capital markets
assignments totaling
over 17 million square
feet of commercial space
and land, valued at
approximately $1.3 billion.
