LEASING
A major part of the Asset Management Services Group success has come from its strength in developing and implementing strategic product leasing plans. U.S. Equities has one of the most talented and experienced product teams (leasing or sales on behalf of owners and landlords) in the metropolitan Chicago market.

Our philosophy centers on the creation of a unified marketing concept for each property, which sets it apart from its competition. That concept is carried through all phases of marketing, leasing and management. We believe the cornerstone to any successful leasing or sales effort is an organized approach to its implementation and "hands-on" management of all aspects of the marketing process.

Throughout the years, U.S. Equities management and leasing services has consistently achieved performance levels that lead the market. This success has been reached both in bringing new buildings and properties to the market (One Financial Place, 20 North Michigan Avenue) as well as in cases in which we had to reposition existing properties (Willis Tower, 737 N. Michigan, 20 North Clark, 55 West Monroe, 150 North Michigan Avenue, Santa Fe Building, John Hancock Center).

RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT
Over the last ten years U.S. Equities has become increasingly involved in residential-related commercial real estate projects. From high-end apartment buildings, to amenity-filled student housing residences to quality public housing buildings, U.S. Equities’ vast experience includes the management of residential properties as well as implementing and executing residence life programs. U.S. Equities currently manages Grand Plaza Chicago, one of the city’s most sophisticated apartment complexes.

U.S. Equities Student Housing specializes in commercial real estate services for both university and privately owned student residences. From the planning of a new development to the management of an existing one, U.S. Equities helps enhance student housing projects with innovative solutions and services. In addition to managing an overall facility and operations, U.S. Equities works collaboratively with the respective institution(s) to create and establish a consistent, dynamic and safe residence life program as well as market the residence to achieve 100% occupancy. U.S. Equities currently manages the nation’s largest multi-institutional student residence, University Center, located in downtown Chicago’s educational corridor.

SUSTAINABILITY
U.S. Equities provides clients with cost-effective solutions to reduce the environmental impact of commercial, institutional and residential properties. Each building managed by U.S. Equities undergoes an annual evaluation to ensure best environmental management practices in the areas of energy, water, indoor air quality, waste and recycling, transportation, procurement, service contracts and leasing. In addition, U.S. Equities’ LEED accredited professionals oversee and coordinate sustainable building certifications for existing buildings, tenant build-outs and new construction.
