University Center

University Center is the nation's largest multi-college student residence, housing 1,700 students from Columbia College Chicago, DePaul University and Roosevelt University in downtown Chicago. The 18-story, 702,000 square foot multi-functional facillity includes 31,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, a 20,000 square foot, beautifully landscaped outdoor terrace and a 15,000 square foot conference center. U.S. Equities manages the facility, markets the residence and conference center and leases the retail space.
