Columbia College Chicago's Media Production Center

Columbia College Chicago's Media Production Center (MPC) opened its new 36,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in January 2010. Located in Chicago's South Loop, the MPC is used for the instruction and production of film, video, interactive media and television projects and its professional-quality features has made it one of the most advanced of any arts school in the nation. The project is also in the process of obtaining LEED Gold certification. As the development manager, U.S. Equities was responsible for overseeing all aspects of design, engineering and construction of this technologically-advanced project.
