Grand Plaza

Grand Plaza is a major, mixed-use retail, residential and parking complex located in Chicago's thriving River North area. The project includes 100,000 square feet of street and second-level retail, enclosed parking for approximately 1,000 vehicles and two residential towers with 764 units. U.S. Equities, as part of a joint venture, assembled and acquired the 78,500 square foot parcel, altered zoning, oversaw construction, arranged for all financing, leased the retail space and currently manages the building.
